To book a hotel room for Friday or Saturday night (or both!), please call Emma Grimsley at 401-584-7006 or email her at egrimsley@oceanhouseri.com and include the following information in order to get the special discounted rate: -you are booking a room for the DelVecchio-Doidge wedding-the best phone number for Emma to reach you-which room you prefer (King, Queen, or Double beds) You will receive a response within 48 hours. Please DO NOT book using the Ocean House website or you will not receive the correct rate. <a href="https://www.oceanhouseri.com/guest-rooms/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Deluxe King and Standard Queen</a> (1 Queen bed) rooms are available at a total discounted rate of $548.25, including tax and fees, per night. <a href="https://www.oceanhouseri.com/guest-rooms/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Deluxe Double</a> (2 beds) rooms are also available at a slightly higher discounted rate. <a href="https://www.oceanhouseri.com/accommodations/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Suites</a> can be reserved at the regular rate. This special rate is only available for booking until April 15, 2026. A complimentary brunch will be offered on Sunday morning, May 17, in the Ocean House Club Room for any guests staying overnight.

Shuttle Transportation

For guests who prefer not to drive to Westerly, shuttle transportation will be provided from the Warwick Park &amp; Ride on Route 117 (292 Centerville Rd, Warwick, RI 02886) to the Ocean House. Please arrive for the shuttle no later than 1:15p.m. The shuttle will depart promptly at 1:30p.m. to ensure its arrival prior to the start of our ceremony at 3p.m. The shuttle will depart the Ocean House following our wedding at 10:15p.m. If you plan to use the shuttle service, please sign up when you submit your online wedding RSVP.
